How do I make an account? Where is the activation e-mail?

To sign up for a Frosty account, click Create a Penguin at the top of the page.

If you cannot find the activation email, try checking your spam/junk folder. Make sure you signed up with a valid email address.

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

We haven't implemented an automatic password recovery system yet. If you forgot your password, send us an email at [email protected] and we will restore it for you. Make sure you contact us with the correct email address that you used for your account.

I don't see new updates

If you don't see the new updates we add to the game, please try clearing your cache.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, send us an email at [email protected] requesting account deletion. Make sure you use the email you used to sign up to Frosty.

Is membership free?

Yes! Frosty has no membership fee and all features are available for free without paying.
